We select brands that are not brand new on the scene and if they are will look up the company and check for bad press and customer complaints. Just because a few have had a complaint does not make a bad product. We look beyond just the complaint and see if they manufacture was willing to help in the getting the product replaced, repair or an outright return of funds.

We check with others in our field and see what problems they have been having and what products work for them. Just because we do a good job on installation does not mean our customer will be happy if they have to have multi-repairs.
