  • We can give you a ball park quote over the phone but we prefer to come to your home or business at no cost and give you a free quote on installation of a tankless water heate and home repair services.
  • We check the gas lines in your home or business, the gas meter for size and exhaust and location for your installation. We can move some to the attic to give you another closet.

Our Standard Installation Package:

  1. Custom installation design - All installations are customized for your hot water demands – from a single faucet to your entire house.  A mid-range unit is capable of providing enough hot water for 2-3 showers at the same time.
  2. Unit remote – either built-in or supplied by us.
  3. Exhaust - Category 3 stainless steel exhaust required by manufacturers and state and local governments.  We normally are able to use the existing exhaust roof stacks avoiding cutting new holes in your roof.
  4. Isolator Valve Assembly on each unit for yearly maintenance.
  5. Pressure Release Valve (PRV) specifically designed for tankless water heaters.
  6. We check the gas pressure coming into your home to make sure that it is the correct amount to support your new tankless water heater as well as the rest of the gas appliances in your home.
  7. We use 3/4 inch black malleable pipe or 3/4 CSST flexible gas pipe for maximum gas flow
  8. We can mount these units where the old tank-style water heaters were OR may even be able to install the units in the attic – freeing up space for a new closet!
  9. All of the new water connections are high quality copper or brass.
  10. We recycle your old tank (unless of course you want a new boat anchor!)

  • These are all one day installations.  We’ll make sure you
    have hot water for your evening shower.

Service after the Installation

We offer a one year Service Warranty Contract free of charge for any problems associated with the installation or unit.
